The Energy Reset combines a Functional Energy Assessment, nervous system recalibration, and targeted somatic and energetic work. It is designed for people who need immediate support, are at a breaking point, or want to experience this work before committing to a longer program.

Yes. All 1:1 and group coaching programs are fully virtual, so you can work with Dr. Tanya from anywhere in the US. The only in-person offering is the Energy Reset — a 75-minute Functional Energy Assessment available in Wesley Chapel, FL.
Not at all. Collaborative Coaching and Personalized Coaching are both conducted online via video session. You bring your laptop; Dr. Tanya brings the methodology. Where you live has no bearing on your ability to do this work.
Therapy is licensed clinical treatment, often focused on diagnosis and managing symptoms of a mental health condition. Coaching at Consciously Aware is forward-facing, body-based work: we address the nervous system patterns and subconscious conditioning driving your current behaviors, emotions, and responses. Dr. Tanya is not a licensed therapist, and coaching is not a substitute for clinical mental health treatment. Many clients do both — and find the two support each other well.
Highly sensitive people (HSPs) and empaths process sensory and emotional information more deeply than most. That means conventional stress tools — breathing exercises, journaling, mindfulness apps — rarely get to the root of what is happening. Coaching for highly sensitive people works specifically with the nervous system, using somatic and mind-body approaches designed for how sensitive people actually experience the world. The goal is not to become less sensitive. It is to make your sensitivity a source of strength rather than a source of suffering.
