Burnout. Stress. Boundaries. Relationships. Life transitions. Repeating patterns.
Sometimes you don't need to push harder. You need space to understand what's really going on.
The Reset Circle is a small, guided in-person experience in Wesley Chapel. Real conversation, practical tools, mind-body awareness, and a clearer way forward. It runs as three separate circles — one for men, one for women, and one open to everyone.
Small group • Limited to 8 participants • Wesley Chapel
Men tend not to say the honest thing with women in the room. Women often won't either. The register changes, the guard goes up, and the conversation you actually came for doesn't happen.
So we run three. Same two hours, same tools, same room — the only thing that changes is who is in the chairs.
Not sure which? Most people know within a second of reading the three below. If you're genuinely torn, the open circle is the safer first visit — and it's often the right one when what's heavy is a relationship.
Eight men, two hours, and the conversation most of us don't get to have anywhere else. No drumming, no chanting — just straight talk.
See the Men's CircleEight women, two hours, and a room where you're not the one holding everything together.
See the Women's CircleMen and women together. The one to pick if you're new to this — or if the heavy thing is a relationship.
See the Open CircleNo lecture. No workbook you'll never open. Whichever circle you pick, this is the shape of the evening.
A guided discussion with a handful of people carrying something similar. Not a support group.
Specific, repeatable things to do when the pressure builds — at work, at home, mid-conversation.
Stress doesn't only live in your thoughts. Learn to read what your body has been signaling.
Language for what's going on, and a sense of what to do next. Not a five-year plan. A next step.

Most people know immediately. If you're torn, the open circle is the easier first visit — and it's usually the right one when the heavy thing is a relationship. If you'd only say the honest version of it in a room of your own gender, pick that circle instead.
Because the conversation changes depending on who's in the room. Plenty of men won't say the real thing with women present, and plenty of women won't either. Separating them isn't about the topic — it's about how honest people are willing to be.
Same format, same length, same tools, same room. What differs is who's sitting in the chairs and, naturally, where the conversation goes.
Yes. Some people do the open circle first and a single-gender one later. Each is a standalone evening with no commitment beyond it.
No. The Reset Circle is a guided group experience, not clinical treatment. There is no diagnosis, no treatment plan, and no paperwork. If you're working with a therapist, this sits alongside that work rather than replacing it.
Email or call and we'll hold you a seat in the next one. Circles are capped at 8, so they do fill — the waitlist is how most people get in.
Tell us what's going on and we'll point you at the right circle — or hold you a seat in the next one that fits.
