Exhaustion. A shorter fuse. One more thing. Stopping without ever feeling rested.
Sometimes you don't need to push harder. You need space to understand what's really going on.
The Burnout & Overwhelm Reset is a small, guided in-person circle — two hours, eight people, and space to understand what's underneath the overwhelm. Offered as a women's room, a men's room, or an open room, so you can have the conversation where you'd actually have it.
Small group • Limited to 8 people • Wesley Chapel
I'm tired. And a night's sleep doesn't touch it.
Everything feels like one more thing.
My patience is gone before the day even starts.
I finally stopped. So why don't I feel rested?
You're not lazy and you're not failing. You've been carrying too much on too little for too long — and your mind and body have been signaling it. You don't need another thing to manage. You need a reset.
It might be time for a reset.
Get ResetNo lecture. No workbook you'll never open. A small room, a guided conversation, and tools you can use the same night you learn them.
An honest, guided discussion with a handful of people who are carrying something similar. Not a support group. Not a performance.
Specific, repeatable things to do when the pressure builds — at work, at home, in the middle of a conversation you didn't want to have.
Stress doesn't only live in your thoughts. You'll learn to read what your body has been signaling long before you noticed it.
You leave with language for what's actually going on and a sense of what to do next. Not a five-year plan. A next step.
There's something powerful about being in a room with people who get it. You'll leave with more than information — you'll leave with perspective, connection, and a sense that you don't have to figure everything out alone.
The goal isn't to leave with more to work on. It's to leave with something you can actually use: greater clarity, practical tools, a direction forward, and a community you can come back to.

She built this work after her own experience with burnout, not from behind a textbook. She runs the room the way she'd want someone to run it for her: no jargon, no performance, no one put on the spot.

Whichever one you'd actually talk in. Some conversations are easier in a room of your own gender; others feel more natural mixed. Same topic, same guided experience, same tools — the only thing that changes is who's in the chairs. If you're torn, the open room is the easier first visit.
Most people are a bit of both — the two feed each other. Pick whichever is loudest right now. Each circle is a standalone evening, so some people do one and come back for the other.
Never. You're invited to share, never required to. Some people talk. Some listen the whole time and leave with exactly what they came for. Both are a full experience.
No. It's a guided group experience, not clinical treatment — no diagnosis, no treatment plan, no paperwork. If you're working with a therapist, this sits alongside that work rather than replacing it.
Adults roughly 35 to 65 who are functioning and handling life, and are quietly tired of how much they're carrying. Different situations, same feeling. Capped at 8 so it stays a conversation rather than an audience.
Reserve your spot for the next circle and we'll hold it for you. Seats are limited and they do go, so it's worth claiming one early even if the date is a few weeks out.
Once they're gone, they're gone — every room stays small on purpose.
