Still handling it alone?
It might be time for a reset.

Burnout. Work pressure. Divorce. Ageing parents. Saying nothing. Repeating patterns.

Sometimes you don't need to push harder. You need space to understand what's really going on.

The Reset Circle for Men is a small, guided in-person experience — eight men, two hours, and a conversation most of us don't get to have anywhere else.

Small group • Limited to 8 men • Wesley Chapel

The thoughts you don't
say out loud.

I'm fine. I'm handling it. I've always handled it.

Burnout

When did I last actually talk to anyone about this?

Isolation

I don't even know what I'd say. Or where I'd start.

No language for it

Everyone leans on me. I'm not sure who I lean on.

Carrying it alone

You're not broken and you're not failing. You've been doing it alone so long it stopped occurring to you that there was another option.

It might be time for a reset.

Get Reset

Two hours that actually
give you something back.

No lecture. No workbook you'll never open. A small room, a guided conversation, and tools you can use the same night you learn them.

01

Real conversation

An honest, guided discussion with a handful of people who are carrying something similar. Not a support group. Not a performance.

02

Practical tools

Specific, repeatable things to do when the pressure builds — at work, at home, in the middle of a conversation you didn't want to have.

03

Mind-body awareness

Stress doesn't only live in your thoughts. You'll learn to read what your body has been signaling long before you noticed it.

04

A clearer way forward

You leave with language for what's actually going on and a sense of what to do next. Not a five-year plan. A next step.

Let's be clear about
what this is.

This is for you if

  • You're competent, responsible, and quietly running on fumes.
  • You're navigating work pressure, divorce, ageing parents, or a change you didn't choose.
  • You've noticed you don't really talk to anyone — and you've stopped expecting to.
  • You keep hitting the same wall and you're tired of pretending you're not.
  • You'd rather sit with a few straight-talking men than read one more article about it.

This is not

  • Therapy, treatment, or a diagnosis of any kind.
  • A men's retreat. No drumming, no chanting, no shirtless anything.
  • A place where you're required to share anything you don't want to.
  • Group therapy, a recovery meeting, or anything you have to keep coming back to.
  • Something you need to be in crisis to justify attending.

Things people often ask.

Do I have to talk?

No. You're invited to speak, never required to. Some men talk the whole time. Some listen and leave with exactly what they came for. Both are a full evening.

Is this one of those men's retreats?

No. There's no drumming, no chanting, no ropes course, and nobody takes their shirt off. It's eight men in chairs having a guided conversation, and then everyone goes home.

Is this therapy?

No. It's a guided group experience, not clinical treatment — no diagnosis, no treatment plan, no paperwork. If you already see a therapist, this sits alongside that rather than replacing it.

Do I need to be in crisis to come?

No, and most men here aren't. The common thread is functioning well while quietly carrying more than anyone realises. You don't need a reason that sounds serious enough.

Who else is in the room?

Men roughly 35 to 65 — different jobs, different situations, same feeling. Capped at 8 so it stays a conversation rather than an audience.

What if I can't make this date?

Reserve a spot in the next circle and we'll hold it. Seats are limited and they do go, so it's worth claiming one even if the date is a few weeks out.

8 seats.
That's the whole circle.

Once they're gone, they're gone — the group stays small on purpose.

Registration opens shortly.

Want us to hold a seat in the meantime? Email info@consciouslyaware.com or call (813) 294-6201 and we'll add you to the list.

Life gets heavy.
You don't have to carry it all alone.
