Carrying more than you let on?
It might be time for a reset.

Burnout. Stress. Boundaries. Relationships. Life transitions. Repeating patterns.

Sometimes you don't need to push harder. You need space to understand what's really going on.

The Reset Circle: Open is a small, guided in-person experience for men and women together — eight people, two hours, and space to work out what's actually going on.

Small group • Limited to 8 participants • Wesley Chapel

The thoughts you don't
say out loud.

I'm running on empty. When does it stop?

Burnout

I said yes. Again. Why can't I just say no?

Boundaries

I don't know if I can do this. Who am I without them?

Life transitions

Not again. Same story, different person.

Repeating patterns

You're not falling apart. That's exactly the problem — you're holding it together for everyone, and nobody notices what it costs.

It might be time for a reset.

Get Reset

Two hours that actually
give you something back.

No lecture. No workbook you'll never open. A small room, a guided conversation, and tools you can use the same night you learn them.

01

Real conversation

An honest, guided discussion with a handful of people who are carrying something similar. Not a support group. Not a performance.

02

Practical tools

Specific, repeatable things to do when the pressure builds — at work, at home, in the middle of a conversation you didn't want to have.

03

Mind-body awareness

Stress doesn't only live in your thoughts. You'll learn to read what your body has been signaling long before you noticed it.

04

A clearer way forward

You leave with language for what's actually going on and a sense of what to do next. Not a five-year plan. A next step.

Let's be clear about
what this is.

This is for you if

  • You're capable and responsible, and quietly running on empty.
  • You're navigating career pressure, caregiving, divorce, family dynamics, or a life transition.
  • What's weighing on you involves a partner, and hearing the other side would help.
  • You keep hitting the same pattern and you're tired of pretending you're not.
  • You'd rather sit with a few real people than scroll one more article about it.

This is not

  • Therapy, treatment, couples counselling, or a diagnosis of any kind.
  • A lecture, a webinar, or a sales pitch with chairs.
  • A place where you're required to share anything you don't want to.
  • Something you need to identify as sensitive, spiritual, or “in need of healing” to attend.
  • A commitment to anything beyond the evening itself.

Things people often ask.

Will it be mostly women?

Not by design — we aim for a genuine mix, and that's the point of running this one alongside the single-gender circles. If the balance would make the evening worse, we'll say so when you reserve rather than let you walk into it.

Can I come with my partner?

You can, and some couples do. It isn't couples counselling and you won't be treated as a unit — you'll each be in the room as yourself. Some people find it more useful to come separately.

Is this therapy?

No. It's a guided group experience, not clinical treatment — no diagnosis, no treatment plan, no paperwork. If you're working with a therapist, this sits alongside that work rather than replacing it.

Do I have to share personal things out loud?

Never. You're invited to share, never required to. Some people talk. Some listen the whole time and leave with exactly what they came for. Both are a full experience.

Who else is in the room?

Adults roughly 35 to 65 who are functioning and handling life, and are quietly tired of how much they're carrying. Capped at 8 so it stays a conversation rather than an audience.

What if I can't make this date?

Reserve your spot for the next circle and we'll hold it for you. Seats are limited and they do go, so it's worth claiming one early even if the date is a few weeks out.

8 seats.
That's the whole circle.

Once they're gone, they're gone — the group stays small on purpose.

Registration opens shortly.

Want us to hold a seat in the meantime? Email info@consciouslyaware.com or call (813) 294-6201 and we'll add you to the list.

Life gets heavy.
You don't have to carry it all alone.

Two hours. A small room in Wesley Chapel. A different way of looking at what you've been carrying.
