Can't turn your mind off?
It might be time for a reset.

Replayed conversations. Second-guessed decisions. Every possible outcome. A brain that works overtime.

Sometimes you don't need to push harder. You need space to understand what's really going on.

The Overthinker's Reset is a small, guided in-person circle — two hours, ten people, and a different way through the mental loop. Offered as a women's room, a men's room, or an open room, so you can have the conversation where you'd actually have it.

Small group • Limited to 10 people • Wesley Chapel

The thoughts you don't
say out loud.

Why did I say that? Why didn't I say the other thing?

Replaying conversations

I've already decided. So why am I still deciding?

Second-guessing

Okay — but what if it goes wrong in this other way?

Every possible outcome

It's 3am. Why is my brain still in a meeting?

Working overtime

Nobody here is going to tell you to “stop overthinking.” The loop has a logic — and once you can see what keeps it running, you can learn to interrupt it when it starts taking over. You don't need to think harder. You need a different way through.

It might be time for a reset.

Get Reset

Two hours that actually
give you something back.

No lecture. No workbook you'll never open. A small room, a guided conversation, and tools you can use the same night you learn them.

01

Real conversation

An honest, guided discussion with a handful of people who are carrying something similar. Not a support group. Not a performance.

02

Practical tools

Specific, repeatable things to do when the pressure builds — at work, at home, in the middle of a conversation you didn't want to have.

03

Mind-body awareness

Stress doesn't only live in your thoughts. You'll learn to read what your body has been signaling long before you noticed it.

04

A clearer way forward

You leave with language for what's actually going on and a sense of what to do next. Not a five-year plan. A next step.

Connection that continues

There's something powerful about being in a room with people who get it. You'll leave with more than information — you'll leave with perspective, connection, and a sense that you don't have to figure everything out alone.

The goal isn't to leave with more to work on. It's to leave with something you can actually use: greater clarity, practical tools, a direction forward, and a community you can come back to.

Let's be clear about
what this is.

This is for you if

  • You replay conversations long after everyone else has moved on.
  • You think through every possible outcome before you'll make a move.
  • You question decisions you've already made.
  • Even when nothing is happening, your brain is still working overtime.
  • You want to understand the loop — and how to interrupt it when it takes over.

This is not

  • Therapy, treatment, or a diagnosis of any kind.
  • A place where you'll be told to “just stop overthinking” or think positive.
  • A lecture, a webinar, or a sales pitch with chairs.
  • A place where you're required to share anything you don't want to.
  • A commitment to anything beyond the evening itself.

Things people often ask.

Which room should I pick?

Whichever one you'd actually talk in. Some conversations are easier in a room of your own gender; others feel more natural mixed. Same topic, same guided experience, same tools — the only thing that changes is who's in the chairs. If you're torn, the open room is the easier first visit.

What if I'm an overthinker AND burned out?

Most people are a bit of both — the two feed each other. Pick whichever is loudest right now. Each circle is a standalone evening, so some people do one and come back for the other.

Are you going to tell me to meditate?

No. You'll leave with specific, practical ways to catch the loop and interrupt it — things you can use mid-conversation, mid-decision, or at 3am. If a stillness practice ever helps, it's offered as a tool, never a prescription.

Do I have to share personal things out loud?

Never. You're invited to share, never required to. Some people talk. Some listen the whole time and leave with exactly what they came for. Both are a full experience.

Is this therapy?

No. It's a guided group experience, not clinical treatment — no diagnosis, no treatment plan, no paperwork. If you're working with a therapist, this sits alongside that work rather than replacing it.

What if I can't make this date?

Reserve your spot for the next circle and we'll hold it for you. Seats are limited and they do go, so it's worth claiming one early even if the date is a few weeks out.

Dates are on the calendar. Every room stays capped at 10, so the list is how most people get a seat.
