Who do you lean on?
It might be time for a reset.

Burnout. Boundaries. Caregiving. Divorce. Family dynamics. Repeating patterns.

Sometimes you don't need to push harder. You need space to understand what's really going on.

The Reset Circle for Women is a small, guided in-person experience — eight women, two hours, and a room where you're not the one holding everything together.

Small group • Limited to 8 women • Wesley Chapel

The thoughts you don't
say out loud.

I said yes. Again. Why can't I just say no?

Boundaries

There's no room left for me in my own day.

Depletion

I'm the one everyone calls. Who do I call?

Carrying it alone

Not again. Same story, different person.

Repeating patterns

You're not falling apart. That's exactly the problem — you're holding it together for everyone, and nobody notices what it costs.

It might be time for a reset.

Get Reset

Two hours that actually
give you something back.

No lecture. No workbook you'll never open. A small room, a guided conversation, and tools you can use the same night you learn them.

01

Real conversation

An honest, guided discussion with a handful of people who are carrying something similar. Not a support group. Not a performance.

02

Practical tools

Specific, repeatable things to do when the pressure builds — at work, at home, in the middle of a conversation you didn't want to have.

03

Mind-body awareness

Stress doesn't only live in your thoughts. You'll learn to read what your body has been signaling long before you noticed it.

04

A clearer way forward

You leave with language for what's actually going on and a sense of what to do next. Not a five-year plan. A next step.

Let's be clear about
what this is.

This is for you if

  • You're capable and responsible, and quietly running on empty.
  • You're navigating career pressure, caregiving, divorce, or family dynamics.
  • You say yes when you mean no, and you're tired of the resentment that follows.
  • You keep hitting the same pattern and you're tired of pretending you're not.
  • You want two hours where nobody needs anything from you.

This is not

  • Therapy, treatment, or a diagnosis of any kind.
  • A lecture, a webinar, or a sales pitch with chairs.
  • A place where you're required to share anything you don't want to.
  • Something you need to identify as sensitive, spiritual, or “in need of healing” to attend.
  • A commitment to anything beyond the evening itself.

Things people often ask.

Do I have to share personal things out loud?

Never. You're invited to share, never required to. Some women talk. Some listen the whole time and leave with exactly what they came for. Both are a full experience.

Is this therapy?

No. It's a guided group experience, not clinical treatment — no diagnosis, no treatment plan, no paperwork. If you're working with a therapist, this sits alongside that work rather than replacing it.

What if I've never done anything like this before?

Most women in the room haven't either. You don't need any background in coaching, meditation, breathwork, or personal development. You need a chair and two hours.

Who else is in the room?

Women roughly 35 to 65 who are functioning and handling life, and are quietly tired of how much they're carrying. Different ages, different situations, same feeling. Capped at 8.

What do I need to bring?

Yourself. Wear something you can sit comfortably in. Water and a notebook are provided.

What if I can't make this date?

Reserve your spot for the next circle and we'll hold it for you. Seats are limited and they do go, so it's worth claiming one early even if the date is a few weeks out.

8 seats.
That's the whole circle.

Once they're gone, they're gone — the group stays small on purpose.

Registration opens shortly.

Want us to hold a seat in the meantime? Email info@consciouslyaware.com or call (813) 294-6201 and we'll add you to the list.
